💸 Refund Policy – Crystona Hotels & Resorts

Effective Date: August 5, 2024

We strive to offer a seamless and transparent cancellation and refund experience.

1. Room Bookings

• Full refund if cancellation is made 7 days prior to check-in.
• 50% refund if cancellation is made 3–6 days before check-in.
• No refund for cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in.

2. Retreat Bookings (Yoga, Wellness, Corporate)

• Full refund if cancelled 15 days prior to retreat start date.
• 50% refund if cancelled 7–14 days in advance.
• No refund for cancellations within 7 days of retreat.

3. No-Show Policy

• No refunds for no-shows or early check-outs.

4. How to Request a Refund

• Email info@crystonahotels.com with your name, booking ID, and payment proof.
• Refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
